Oakland's Apprentices Build Software

We're excited to announce 2025s first project under the working title T3 Matchine! It's a simple mobile game that tells a story of the future of our city, Oakland and our journey as a guild. This will be the first major project that our next cohort of apprentices will work on this year!

Building software is challenging -- especially games. As our apprentices near the end of their training, they transition onto each project and work under the wing of local mentors and their instructors. This process of combining training nad working is one of the best ways to learn the craft of programming.

We'll continue to keep everyone updated on our progress as development continues, to get feedback. That's what helps us keep our ambitions grounded and how we measure success. By supporting our efforts, you're making sure the current generation of aspiring Software Developers can build their own path to success. It's never been more important for young developers to focus on the kind of work they want to do.
